We began as a two-person practice above a bookshop in Kala Ghoda, taking on a single home at a time. Twelve years later, the atelier has completed 480+ signature projects across India — from penthouse apartments to boutique hotels — while remaining intentionally small.

Every project has a principal designer, a site lead and a dedicated procurement specialist. We source globally — Italian marble, Belgian linens, Japanese joinery hardware — and install with our own artisans. Nothing is sub-contracted at the finishing layer.

Our pricing is unusual for the category: every line item is transparent, priced to the square foot, and auditable at any point during the build.
